Keith Douglas Alspaugh, age 47 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. He was born July 4, 1969 in Troy to Richard L. and Esther C. (Davis) Alspaugh, who survive in Troy.

Along with his parents, Keith is survived by son Adam Jacob Alspaugh of Troy; two brothers and sister-in-law: Kevin and Shelley Alspaugh, and their daughter Aleena of Lewisburg, PA, and Kent Alspaugh of Houston, TX.

Keith was a 1987 graduate of Miami East High School, and a 1989 graduate of ITT Technical Institute. He was a member of Living Word Fellowship Christian Center in Troy. He was also a member of Tippecanoe Lodge #174 F&AM where he was Past Worshipful Master, Franklin Chapter #24, R.A.M where he was Past High Priest and current Secretary Treasurer; Franklin Council #14 R&SM where he was Past Illustrious Master; 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton; and Sons of American Legion Post #586, Tipp City. Keith enjoyed playing golf and bowling with his son Adam, along with watching Adam play soccer. He also loved fishing, boating with family and friends, and hunting, and even went on a special Safari trip with his brothers to South Africa.  Keith enjoyed supporting the community and family through various service projects and the family farm. He previously worked at Panasonic in Troy, OTC Daihen in Tipp City, and Worker Automation in Covington. He was currently employed with Yaskawa Motoman in Miamisburg.

A funeral service will be held 10AM Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Gilbert Welbaum and Pastors Brian and Jill Patel officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM-7PM Friday, February 17, 2017 at the funeral home, where a Masonic Service by Tippecanoe Lodge #174 F&AM will take place at 4:45PM.  Interment will be in Forest Hill Memorial Garden, Tipp City. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
