Charles Brown, Sr. Obituary

Charles L. Brown, Sr. age 80 of Troy, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born November 10, 1937 in Franklin to the late Lewis and Ruth (Goodwin) Brown.

Charles is survived by his two sons: Ed Brown (Phyllis) of Dayton and Lester Brown of Tulsa, OK; two daughters: Diane Granberg (Jack) of Troy and Jodi Moon of Nashville, TN; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister Mary Grewe of Greenville; and brother Don Brown of Greenville.

He was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis (Laycock) Brown on August 18, 2009, as well as son Charles L. Brown, Jr.

Charles was a graduate of Franklin High School and a retired auto mechanic.
