Raymond J Hutchinson

Raymond J. Hutchinson, age 84 of Vandalia, formerly of Troy, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Crossroads Nursing Home in Vandalia. He was born May 3, 1934 in Pleasant Hill to the late Raymond and Mary (Brandenburg) Hutchinson.

Raymond is survived by his two sons Steven Hutchinson (Lois) of Pleasant Hill and David Hutchinson (Ann) of Ludlow Falls; daughter Cherryl Williams (Dean) of Troy; seven grandchildren: Jodi Lindemuth, Joe Hutchinson, Jordan Hutchinson, Kyle Hutchinson, Chris Williams, Stephny Williams Bertholf, and Beau Williams; and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by six brothers: John, William, Richard, Robert, Frank, and Dale Hutchinson; and two sisters Evelyn Hutchinson and Lucille Harshbarger.

Raymond was a 1953 graduate of Troy High School and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Piqua. He was a retired Sales Supervisor, having worked for a collective 49 years at Garfield Shoe Store in Troy and Brown Shoe Co. in St. Louis, MO.

A memorial service will be held 10:00AM Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Calvary Baptist Church: 1045 Monroe Concord Rd. Troy, OH 45373 with Pastor Chris Williams officiating.
