Alex James Frederick Fergerson, age 20 of Piqua, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025. He was born November 10, 2004 to Alicia Fergerson and JD Saul.

Alex is preceded in death by his great grandmother Jessie Hattery, great grandfather Dorsie Fergerson, great grandfather Delbert (Jim) Davis, and great uncles James Harris and Frederick Bundy.

Alex will be remembered by his parents Alicia Fergerson and Butch Yoder of Piqua; his sister Jocelynn Trout, brother Corben Yoder, and sister Ivery Saul; grandparents Samuel and Christine Bandstra of Troy, Jerry and Sue Fergerson of Sidney, and Jeff and Shelly Yoder of Greenville; great grandmother Georgianna Davis; uncle and aunt Justin (Christy) Fergerson of Ansonia; great aunts and uncles John (Jody) Davis and family of Troy, Delbert (Karen) Davis and family of Christiansburg, Cathy Harris of Troy, Gigi Bundy and family of Troy, and many more; cousins Brianna (Kaleb) Fleenor and family of Piqua, Kyndra Fergerson and family of Piqua, Gabe Fergerson of Ansonia, Nicky (Tony) Helman and family of Covington, as well as numerous other extended family and good friends..

Alex was a gentle giant with a vibrant soul. He loved to ride his Harley and work on his Pontiac Grand Prix and Dodge Dakota. Alex loved anything loud and fast. He had an infectious smile and could light up any room. Football season was his favorite time of the year to root on his favorite teams, the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns, who his stepdad affectionately referred to as the Cleveland "Clowns". He cherished watching football with his papaw. He enjoyed helping his nana with any task she put at hand for him- without complaints!

Alex was loved by many and will be remembered by everyone he touched.

A celebration of life service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Atterholt officiating. Visitation will be from 11:30AM-2:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fletcher Cemetery.
