Alice J. Wells, age 77 of Troy, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 at her residence. She was born August 26, 1939 in Troy to the late Glen and Dorothea (Stoner) Phyillaier.

Alice is survived by sons Brian Wells of Minster and Bruce Wells of Casstown, daughter Jennifer (Bill) McCarty of Russia, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother, and five sisters.

She married Marshall Alan Wells on October 20, 1960 and he preceded her in death on September 10, 2010. She was also preceded in death by one brother.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
