Barbara A. Huggins, of Stoughton, Massachusetts, passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 94. She was born on April 1, 1932, in Brockton, Massachusetts, and lived a life marked by devotion to her family, kindness to others, and a warm, generous spirit that touched all who knew her.

Barbara was the daughter of Frank and Mary Humphrey. She was raised in Brockton, where she graduated from high school and built the foundation for the life that followed. In the 1980s, she moved to Ohio, where she spent a number of years before returning to Massachusetts in 2003. Throughout every chapter of her life, Barbara carried with her the values of hard work, loyalty, and love for her family and friends.

Barbara was the beloved wife of the late George Huggins. Together, they shared a life filled with love, companionship, and the many memories that come from years spent side by side. She was also the loving mother of the late Elaine Huggins White, a role she held with deep pride and devotion. Her family remained at the center of her life, and she cherished her grandchildren, Tiffany Huggins of Stoughton and Tianna White of Stoughton, who brought her great joy and happiness.

Barbara devoted many years of her working life to the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Brockton, where she was known for her steady presence and dependable nature. Her years of service reflected the same sense of responsibility and commitment that she brought to every part of her life. She was respected by those who worked with her and appreciated for the care and dedication she showed in her daily work.

Outside of her career, Barbara enjoyed the simple pleasures that made life special. She loved playing Bingo, going to the track, and visiting the casino. These outings gave her enjoyment and excitement, and she embraced them with the same enthusiasm she brought to everything she did. Barbara was a very outgoing person who enjoyed being around others, and her lively personality made her fun to be with. She had a generous heart and a selfless nature, and she was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back. Her kindness was genuine, and her willingness to help others left a lasting impression on family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Barbara will be remembered for her strong spirit, her loving heart, and the warmth she shared so freely with others. She lived her life with grace and sincerity, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and devotion. Her presence will be deeply missed, but the memories she created and the example she set will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
