Beverly Ann Slack, 77, of Casstown, OH, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH. She was born May 25, 1947 in Piqua, OH, to Gus and Mary (Monnin) Slack. She was married to her loving husband, Gary L. Slack.

Burial will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 11:00 am at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, OH.
