Cindy Kay Price, 60, of Union, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at her home doing what she loved. She was born in Troy, Ohio on April 3, 1954 the late Frank and JoAnn (Rudy) Seay. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel Price in 2012.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Nelda "Joni" Clark of Union; and her K-9 partner, Sir Buddy; her two feline companions, Miss Rudy and Fancy Pants; her sister-in-law and husband, Sherry and Sam Christ and family; and her many close friends.

She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Englewood. She was a graduate of Wayne High School in 1973. She was retired from the medical field. For her hobbies, she was a "Facebook Junkie" and enjoyed getting together with the Warrior Band Mates from High School.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Union Baptist Church, 528 North Main St., Englewood, Ohio 45322. Arrangements are entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Contributions may be given to the American Lung Association in her memory.
