Obituary
David B. Lewis, age 31 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017. He was born April 25, 1986 in Mansfield.
David is survived by his mother Candie (Minnich) Lewis of Troy; maternal grandfather Ron Minnich of Troy; paternal grandmother Barbara Lewis of Mansfield; two brothers: Denny Lewis, Jr. of Willard and Nicholas Carnahan of Kentucky; as well as sister Kenna Thompson of Republic. He was preceded in death by his father Denny R. Lewis.
David was a graduate of Delaware High School in Delaware, OH.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00PM-5:00PM Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Troy Fish and Game.
