David "Dwayne" Casey Waddell, age 59 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born June 26, 1959 in Troy to William Earl Waddell and Carolyn (Tucker) McCall.

Dwayne is survived by his mother, Carolyn; sister Teresa (David) Swigart of Troy; and brother John Casey, Jr. of Troy. He was preceded in death by his father, William; brother Benjamin Eugene Casey; and sister Kathy Lynn Casey.

Dwayne enjoyed fishing and playing pool.

A graveside service will be held 2:30PM Wednesday, September 19 at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
