Deborah Compton, 47, of Troy, passed away 7:55 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2014 at Troy Care Center, Troy. She was born in Ethiopia on October 9, 1967 to Dennis Anderson of Maryland and Mary (Burke) Foster of Florence, S.C., and they both survive. She was married to Mike Compton and he survives.

Deborah is also survived by one son, Nicholas Anderson of Troy; one brother, Chris Anderson of Texas; and three sisters, Karen Apa of Stuart, FL, Natalie Paloma of Stuart, FL, and Pamela Brown of Tusla, Oklahoma.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
