Deeno Lamar Taylor, age 62 of Troy, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024 at Hospice of Miami County, Troy. He was born February 24, 1961 in Sidney to the late Wilson and Elizabeth (Lucas) Taylor.

Those left to cherish Deeno's memory include his children: Ashley (Melvin) Waller of Piqua, Amber (Nathan) Collins of North Carolina, Lamarra Taylor of Sidney, and William Hall of Troy; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and his siblings: Toni Matthews of Sidney, Rita Matthews of Dayton, Donald Lucas Matthews of Dayton, and Jan Shepherd of Dayton.

Deeno was a member of Cyrene AME Church in Piqua. He worked as a factory worker at Conagra for many years. Deeno's hobbies included singing, cooking, and especially spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
