Delbert Russel Sheehan, age 75, of Troy passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. He was born on September 6, 1945 in Dayton, OH to the late Maurice and Welma (Everhart) Sheehan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sue Sheehan; son, Scott Sheehan; daughters, Tammy (Brian) Billet and Tonya Sheehan; grandchildren, Tiffany and Brittany Grauman, Morgan (Jared) Titus, Derek and Lacey Sheehan, Dalton Haywood, Larissa Willoughby, and Dani Watson; and great grandchildren, Cydney Grauman, Lailah Nelson, Norah Russael Warling, and Luka Haywood.

Delbert graduated from Fairmont East High School and retired from Minco Tool and Mold in Dayton, OH, working as a mold maker. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and cooking for the clubs. He was a member of the AmVets post #88, a trustee at the Fish and Game, Troy, North Dayton Anglers, VFW Post #5436, and a proud participant of the Veterans Memorial Honor Guard in Troy.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Fisher- Cheney Funeral Home to help offset the cost of services. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
