Dicie Feltner Lowe, age 90 of Troy, OH formerly of West Milton, OH, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018 at SpringMeade Health Center. She was born August 28, 1927 in Blue Diamond, KY to the late Charlie Engle and Zada (Fields) Engle Lewis.

Dicie is survived by her three daughters: Emma (Joe) Ogi of The Villages, FL, Phyllis (Michael) Miller of Troy, OH, and Pamela Schuler of Tipp City, OH; son Michael (Joan) Feltner of Ludlow Falls, OH; daughter-in-law Sharon Feltner of Ludlow Falls, OH; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Charley Feltner and Oliver "Russ" Lowe; as well as sons Gary Feltner and infant Jerry Dewayne Feltner; and special friend Hollis "Woody" Warrick.

Dicie loved antiques and was an avid teddy bear collector. Her favorite thing was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 6:00PM Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy, OH with Pastor Tom Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00PM-6:00PM at the funeral home.

A funeral service will also be held 12:00PM Friday, August 3, 2018 at Typo Baptist Church in Kentucky with Pastor Paul Couch officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00AM-12:00PM at the church. Interment will follow in Fields Cemetery in Busy, KY.
