Johnson, Dolly Diane of Kettering Ohio and formerly of Covington, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home with her family on July 13, 2022.  She was born August 3, 1952 in Piqua Ohio to the late Lena Stapleton.  She married Donnie L. Johnson June 7, 1969 in Piqua Ohio and he survives.

Additional survivors include two daughters, Tammi Vandervort and Candi (Joe) Layman; three sisters Kay Alexander, Geneva Blizman and Lois Fredell, sister in laws Sandra (Dwayne) Jenkins, Betty (Curt) Clericus and Nanci (Bobby Miller) four grandchildren, Nicole, Natalie, Ashley (Zach) and Megan, in addition to four great grandchildren, Kayden, Ryelee, Aleira and Maisley. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Long, and Mary Maggert.

Diane was a devoted, caring, selfless wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter.  Her favorite pastimes included gaming and spending time with family

A funeral service will be held 1:00PM Monday, July 18, 2022 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home in Troy.  A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00PM-1:00PM.  Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Troy.  Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio
