Donald Lee Davis, Jr. of Troy passed away at 5:02 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Upper Valley Medical Center.  He was born May 6, 1956 in Troy to the Donald Lee Davis, Sr. and the late Juanita Trader.  He was married to Nancy A. Addington, who preceded him in death on November 2, 2005.

Donald is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Rebecca Davis of Piqua; one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Frank Swearingen of Piqua; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Tammy Davis of Florida; Tom Davis of Troy; and Jerry and Donna Davis of Troy.  He is also survived by four grandchildren, Micheala, Markus, Austin, and Frankie.

Donald was employed by Transfreight of Tipp City as a truck driver.  He was a member of Open Arms Church in Tipp City.  He loved his church and was a true gentleman who would do anything for anybody at any time.

Funeral service will be held at on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, 1124 West Main Street, Troy, with Pastors Bob Bell and Richard Workman officiating.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Interment will be in Houston Cemetery, Houston, Ohio.

Contributions may be made in his memory to Open Arms Church.  Arrangements are entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
