Douglas William Rench, age 76, of Covington, OH passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. He was born on March 4, 1944 to the late Francis and Frances (Ashmore) Rench.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Rench; daughters, Debbie (James) Lambert of Chillicothe, OH and Lori Rench of Covington, OH; son, Scottie (Debra) Rench of Alpha, KY; brother, Larry (Diana) Rench of Troy; sister, Rita (Sam) Miller of Troy; grandchildren, Logan Douglas Rench and Dustin Michael Rench, both of Covington, OH.

Douglas retired from the Troy Water Treatment Plant, where he worked for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and golfing. He also belonged to the Troy Eagles post #971.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
