Ellen V. Kelly, age 82 of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Troy Rehab and Healthcare Center. She was born on June 29, 1939 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Murray Duncan and Hazel Speights Duncan.

Ellen was a United States Army Veteran. She retired as a meat wrapper for Kroger, where she worked for 30+ years. She was also a member of local 1099 UFCW.

Ellen leaves behind many to cherish her memory and time shared. She loved cooking big for holidays and family cookouts. She was an avid collector of cookbooks, many recipes, angels, cookie jars and her famous wall of clocks. She had her husband, Marion A. Kelly, plant impatiens flowers in her flower bed every year. Ellen was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
