Obituary
Esther E. Patterson, age 96 of Troy passed away at 10:24 P.M. on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Koester Pavilion, Troy. She was born June 7, 1918 in Darke County to the late Elmer D. and Mae (Smith) Pearson. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel D. Patterson October 13, 1983.
She is survived by daughters Joan Trader of West Milton and Pamila Futral of Waskom,TX., 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son Paul Patterson, brother Delbert Pearson and sister Norma Jean Smith.
She was a member of Calvery Baptist Church, Troy.
Funeral service will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Rev. David Ramming officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Vandalia. Visitation will be held on Wednesday one hour prior to the service (10:30-11:30) A.M. at the funeral home.
