Evelyn June Bell, age 99 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County, Troy. She was born June 11, 1927 in West Milton to the late Earl LeRoy and Della Louise (Bowman) Fogle.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Richard J. Bell in 2010, as well as 8 siblings.

Those left to cherish Evelyn’s memory include her daughter Pamela “Pam” J. Bell of Troy; son Michael J. Bell of Troy; grandchildren Logan Bell, Aaron Bell, and McKenzie Bell; as well as great-grandchildren Hailey, Aspen, Ava, Atlas, and Iris.

Evelyn retired after 23 years as a cafeteria cashier for Troy City Schools.

The family would like to thank Ohio’s Hospice for their care and compassion they showed to their mother.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be given to Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
