Gail Whiteford Turner. Age 84, passed away at 7:10 pm on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Clark Complete Care in Clark, NJ. She was born October 24, 1938 in Piqua, OH to Willis  and Jessie (Hoke) Whiteford.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents Willis and Jessie (Hoke) Whiteford, her husband, Daniel Turner, and her brother, William Whiteford.

Those left to cherish Gail's memory include her daughter Anne Turner and son-in-law Alan Riffkin, NY, daughter Jill Turner, NJ and her grandchildren, Kelsy, Hallie and Carson Riffkin and Rachel and Rebecca Beardsley.

Gail graduated from Troy High School and earned a nursing degree at Good Samaritan Nursing School in Dayton. She worked in private practices in Troy. She was highly valued for her many years of volunteering at Upper Valley Medical Center.

She loved scrapbooking, was an excellent cook, enjoyed traveling and loved her beloved german shepherds.

A visitation will be held from 12:00PM-1:30PM Friday, June 9, 2023 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
