Gary L. Meyers, age 76 of Troy, passed away 11:10AM Monday, November 24, 2025 at his residence. He was born October 17, 1949 in Piqua to the late Clarence and Dorothy Meyers Vance.

Those left to cherish Gary’s memory include his wife Elaine (Freeze) Meyers, brother Jim Meyers of Piqua, nephew Ric Meyers of Troy, niece April Doyle of Seattle, WA, stepsons Sean Cheadle of Troy and Aaron Cheadle (Kim) of Huber Heights, and grandson Connor Cheadle.

Gary graduated from Piqua High School and retired as a factory worker and driver from Catlow in Huber Heights.

A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Mike Fitzpatrick of Ginghamsburg Church officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00PM-2:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society or Ginghamsburg Church.
