Hope McRey Cecil, age 48 of Troy, passed away October 31, 2019 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born May 24, 1971 in Dayton.

Hope is survived by her mother Nancy Rupard of Alabama; daughters Rebekah Massengill (Jimmy) of Troy and Victoria Stover (Dustin) of Piqua; seven grandchildren; and brother Jimmy Rupard.

She was preceded in death by her father Gordon Rupard and son Dustin Rupard.

Hopes interests included cars and racing. She loved spending time with her seven grandchildren. She had an amazing singing voice and loved to sing.

The family will conduct services at a later date.
