Jack Lovejoy, age 74 of Christiansburg, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. He was born November 5, 1947 in Sharples, WV to the late Clarence and Martha (Gayheart) Lovejoy.

In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his brother Troy Lovejoy.

Those left to cherish Jack's memory include his wife Sandra (Quillen) Lovejoy; son Jack Lee Lovejoy of Tipp City; daughter Sherri Lovejoy of Tipp City; step-daughter Kimberly Moore of Tipp City; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; brother James Lovejoy (Audrey) of Gordon, WV; and sister-in-law Glenda Lovejoy of WV.

Jack was a veteran of the US Air Force, having served during the Vietnam era. He was a graduate of Sharples High School in Sharples, WV and was a member of American Legion Post 586 in Tipp City. He retired as a machinist from Stillwater Technologies in Troy after 32 years of service.

A celebration of Jack's life will be held from 1 PM-4 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the American Legion Post 586, Tipp City, OH. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home.
