James Michael Patton, age 64 of Troy, passed away at 9:46AM Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Momentous Health, Vandalia. He was born August 11, 1959 in Cleveland to the late James Patton, Jr. and Jean Evelyn Cheatham West.

Those left to cherish Michael's memory include his siblings Debra Jordan of Dayton, Sandra Patton of Troy, and Patricia Patton of Dayton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Michael was a US Air Force veteran. He was a graduate of Troy High School and received his bachelor's degree in English from Wright State University. Michael was a movie buff who enjoyed body building and playing basketball. He retired with Riverside MRDD as a social worker.

A private family viewing will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Troy with interment to follow. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
