Mr. Jeffrey Lynn Phifer was born on December 25, 1950 to the late Mr. Bennie Phifer, Jr. , and Ms. Barbara Jean Coleman. He departed this life for his eternal home on Sunday, April 19, 2015.

Those left to cherish his fond memories are his children;  Ayo Phifer and Azia Phifer of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Sinequia Godsey of Troy, Chase Bailey of Cincinnati ; Three Siblings, Bennie Phifer III (Dawn) of Cincinnati, Loretta (Richard) Phillips of Troy, Michael Phifer of Troy, ; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; devoted companion, Margaret James and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service was held April 22, 2015 in Neeses,S.C.
