Jeremy Francis Combs, 36, of Troy, passed away 2:45 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at his residence. He was born in St. Marys on July 21, 1977 to Jerry Lavone Combs of Germantown and Alice Veree Adkins of Lakeland, FL, and they both survive.

Jeremy is also survived by one son, Sylar Garrett Combs of Troy; one daughter, McKenzie Gail Harris of Troy; his beloved dog, Murphy Gail Combs; two brothers, Timothy Adkins of Bradford, David Adkins of Glen Allen, VA; aunts and uncles, Rita Combs of Tampa, FL, Penny Combs of Tampa, FL, Deano and Deb Adkins of Covington, Kenneth Adkins of Lakeland, FL, Crystal Combs of Lakeland, FL, Mike Combs of Middletown, Joe Russell of Middletown, Eugene Combs of Middletown, and Matt Combs of Middletown; and three cousins, Dawn Combs of Troy, Josh Combs of Troy, and Tiffany Combs of Troy.

Jeremy was a 1995 graduate of Troy High School. He was a former member of the Redmen Lodge of Troy. His hobbies included being a singer with the Second Rate Citizen Band which played throughout the local area and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
