Jill Lynne Smith, age 60 of Troy, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Kettering Health Center, Dayon. She was born December 9, 1963, in Troy to the late John J. Mason and Norma Jean Underwood.

Jill is survived by her children, Sara Atkinson (Wesley Konz) of Troy, Kaitlyn Simons of Troy, Michael Simons of Troy, Betsy Simons of Troy and Jason Simons of Troy; her grandchildren Arianna Atkinson, Raven Konz and David Konz: and her siblings, Diane Mason of Kettering, Judy Adkins of Troy, Kristie Mason of Troy, Mark (Renee) Mason of Troy, David (Crystal) Mason of Tipp City and Becky (Vince) McGillvary of Piqua.

She graduated from Troy High School and loved her time working at Koester Pavilion. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as watching football and collecting penguins and roosters.
