Joyce Annette Davis, age 71 of Troy, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. She was born February 5, 1953 in Sidney to the late Robert and Mattie Line.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband James M. Davis on September 11, 2011, as well as brother Jeff Line.

Those left to cherish Joyce's memory include her children Chad Gilliam (Ashley), Amy Davis, Robbie Davis, and Shian Davis; stepchildren Kelly Bowers, Kristina Davis, and Kimberly Hunt; grandchildren Emma, Samuel, Libby, Mariah, Taylor, Hayleigh, Landen, Ayden, Hannah, CJ, Torron, Jace, Jasmine, Joseph, and Shian; as well as brother Ronald "Ronnie" Line.

Joyce was a member of Lawrenceville Church of God in Springfield. She had a strong faith and attended church regularly. She was a devoted foster parent in Clark County and loved the time she spent with all of her children and family.

A funeral service will be held 12:30PM Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Allan Cain officiating. Visitation will be from 11:30AM-12:30PM prior to the service. Interment will be held in Smith Cemetery, Christiansburg. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
