Julia Rae Yvonne Conard, age 36 of Troy, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Ohio State Medical Center in Columbus, OH. She was born on May 20, 1985 in Troy to Vince Conard and the late Stephanie (nee Sinclair) Mertz.

In addition to her mother, Julia is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lowell and Esther Sinclair.

Those left to cherish Julia's memory include her boyfriend, Robb Howell of Troy; step-father, Ed Mertz of Troy; stepmother Darah Conard of Texas; siblings, Jessica Low (Nathan) of Hendersonville, NC, Cody Conard of Troy, Nichol Mertz of Fort Loramie, OH, Michel Mertz of Troy, and Tracy Goubeaux of Fort Loramie, OH; aunts, Cindy Adams (Jim) of Prescott, AZ, Loretta Bergren (Bruce) of Munster, IN, and Yvonne "Vonnie" Boyer (Jeff) of Troy; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Julia had a passion for cooking and also loved gardening.

A celebration of Julia's life will be held from 1-3 PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
