Julie Kay DeStefano, born on April 4, 1963, passed away on December 1, 2023, leaving a legacy of love and joy. A loving wife to Mike DeStefano for over 30 years, Julie was the cherished daughter of Mary Wells and the late Walter Wells, survived by brothers Ricky and David Knecht. A dedicated mother, her love extended to daughter Jessica Sideras, son-in-law Luke Sideras, and granddaughter Ashlynn Pettit.

Preceded in death by close family members, Julie found joy in simple pleasures. Her laughter had a positive and contagious quality, and she always prioritized the well-being and affection of others over her own.

Julie's career at Hughes-Peters reflected an unwavering commitment to her profession and fostered lasting bonds with colleagues.

Her memory will forever inspire those fortunate enough to know her.

Julie's life will be celebrated on December 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, 1124 W Main St, Troy, OH 45373. A service will take place at 4:00 PM officiated by Pastor Bonita Ritchie with Tipp City Global Methodist Church. The family requests donations to The Dayton Food Bank in Julie's honor instead of flowers.
