Karlena Jo Klatte, aged 9 days, passed away peacefully in her loving parents' arms on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on September 7, 2021 to Kevin and Hilleary Klatte of Troy.

In addition to her parents, Karlena was loved and survived by paternal grandmother Pam Klatte of Troy; maternal grandparents Angela (Billy) Brown of Saint Paris and David (Joy) Ross of Troy; aunt Amber Ross of Troy; uncle and aunt JC and Michelle Klatte of Troy; great-grandmother Marsha McDade of Troy; great-grandmother Terri Brown of West Milton; and great-great-grandmother Peral Mumma of Troy.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Joseph Klatte; maternal great-grandfather Charles McDade; maternal great-grandfather Terry Brown; and maternal great-grandmother Dorothy Supinger.

The family had big plans for the "mini jo/peanut." The family would like to give a special thanks to the NICU staff at Miami Valley Hospital. Our family wants to thank you all for the love, support and prayers.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
