Kathleen A. Stapleton, age 65 of Troy, passed away 2:32PM  Saturday, October 26, 2024 at her residence. She was born October 6, 1959 in Troy to the late Sheldon and Wilma (Lucas) Fisher.

Those left to cherish Kathleen's memory include her husband of 29 years Jerry Stapleton; their children: Brandy Marshall of Park Layne, Tom Marshall of Dayton, Jay Marshall of Piqua, Chrissy (Mike) Deppen of Christiansburg, and Brandon (Brandy Johnson) of St. Paris; several grandchildren; her siblings: Tonya (Terry) Adkins of Troy, Debra Fordahl of Marion, Ricky Fisher of Troy, Malia Burkey of Troy, Sherry Adkins of Troy, Lori Fisher of Troy, Sheldon Fisher of Troy, and Sheila Fisher of Troy; as well as several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Kathleen loved working in her yard and took pride in her flower garden. She also enjoyed the quality time she spent with her husband watching him race- she loved racing! Kathleen was devoted to her family and had a beautiful heart and soul. She was always the one to lend a hand to those in need.

A celebration of life will be held from 1:00PM-5:00PM Sunday, November 10, 2024 at AmVets Post 88, Troy. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathleen's name may be given to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
