Kenneth L. Miller, 68, of Tipp City, OH and St. Cloud, FL, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at his residence in St. Cloud, FL. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 28, 1945 to the late Randolph and Claire (Lugt) Miller. He was married to Luetta D. Tackett, and she survives.

Kenneth is also survived by one son, John W. Miller of Casstown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laura M. and Denis Rife of Troy, Tamila K. and Elbert Gilliam of St. Paris; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and one brother, Don Miller of Tennessee.

Kenneth was a faithful Christian. He was a High School Graduate of Millersburg Military Institute in Millersburg, Kentucky. He was a retired Truck Driver. He enjoyed Air Boating in Florida, restoring old cars, and woodworking.

A funeral service will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Doug Magin officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12 Noon on Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will be in Casstown Cemetery in Casstown.
