Kerry Ruth Conard, age 73, passed away in her home at 1:54 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2023. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Allen J. Hendry and Monica Schissel Hendry, both deceased, on March, 3 1950. After moving to a few different cities across the country, the family would eventually settle in Beaver, PA.

Kerry graduated from Beaver High School then moved to Bowling Green, OH where she graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She then worked as a social worker in the Toledo area. She would move to Troy in 1983 and worked at a few locations until retiring from Hobart 11 years ago.

Kerry was an incredibly nurturing soul which came through in her love for her family, animals and nature and her tireless efforts to help anyone in need. Even at the end she was more concerned for the feelings of her family than her own suffering. She enjoyed nature and animals, walking, reading, mowing the grass on the farm where she lived, watching and cheering on her husband's horses when they raced and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Kerry was very proudly an unrelenting hippy who lived her life in defense and support of those in need.

Those remaining to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert "Bob" Conard, her children John (Marcie) Hendry, Lostcreek Township, Jim (Kristen) Bentley, Conover, OH, Barbara Conard Chavez, Columbus, OH, Robert S. (Sahar) Conard, England as well as her 3 grandchildren, Latham, Cole and Iveanna and her great-granddaughter, Rose. Her brother, Rob Hendry, TN and sisters, Judy Beshaw, AZ and Lynne Moeller, IA.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family has requested that, should anyone feel so inclined, donations be made on her behalf to either World Central Kitchen, www.wck.org and/or Ohio's Hospice of Miami County, www.hospiceofmiamicounty.org.
