Larry Michael "Mike" Chaney, 60, of Akron, passed away Monday, March 10, 2014 at his home. He was born on May 26, 1953 in Canton, Ohio to the late Ruell and Loyal Chaney. He worked for Rizzi's Ristorante and the Portage Country Club. He is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Dick and Polly Thompson of Troy, OH;  one sister and brother-in-law, Joyce Kay and Larry Bowen of Canton; and many friends, especially, Craig Langley of Akron. Arrangements are entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
