Lisa Diane Gonsalves, age 60 of Moraine, passed away 4:30PM Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 19, 1965 in Providence, RI to John Frank Gonsalves and Mary Winona Gonsalves.

Lisa is survived by her brother Frank Gonsalves of Moraine.
