Lois D. "Lynne" Brown, age 86 of Troy, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at Kettering Medical Center, Kettering.  She was born January 21, 1936 in Salamanca, NY to the late Charles and Alice (Medland) Davis.

Lynne was preceded in death by her husband Henry "Hank" Brown on March 31, 2007 and her sister, Sally Davis.

Those left to cherish Lynne's memory include her daughters: Julie Meyer (Terry) of Tipp City, Lisa Jones (James) of Troy, and MSgt (ret.) Amy Cost (Rob) of Troy; grandchildren: Jennifer Igo, Julie Mayo (Matt), Brandon Meyer (Ali), Alyssa McGill (Kevin), James Jones (Tasha), Jamison Meyer, and Jessalyn Cost; great grandchildren: Haleigh Mayo, Lisa Mayo, Isabelle Mayo, Madison Meyer, Nathan Mayo, LilliAnne Igo, and Kendrick Meyer; as well as brothers Charles "Jack" Davis (Bobbie) of Indianapolis, IN, Jeff Davis (Teresa) of Sioux Falls, SD, and Rick Davis (Carol) of Hamilton, OH.

Lynne retired as a records clerk for Hobart Corp in Troy after many years.

A funeral service will be held 6:00PM Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Albert Reffitt officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00PM-6:00PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
