M. Marie Nuss, 93, of Troy, passed away 7:32 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Koester Pavilion, Troy. She was born in Union City, Indiana on July 10, 1921 to the late Lester and Hazel (Armacost) Holdeman. She was married to Harold J. Nuss, and he preceded her in death on September 28, 1982.

Marie is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Tonya Arbogast of Troy, Cynthia and Brent Gramman of Indianapolis, IN; and three grandchildren, Leah Macy, Brian Gramman, Grant Gramman. She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Zachary Arbogast; one brother, John Holdeman; and one sister and brother-in-law, Peg and Charles Bretz.

Marie was of the Protestant faith. She retired from Ordings Party Time, Troy in 1993 after 15 years of service.

A funeral will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, January, 23, 2015 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will be in Miami Memorial Park, Covington.
