Marilyn A. Line, age 93 of Troy, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Brookdale of Troy. She was born August 16, 1924 in Dayton to the late Richard and Birdie (Uhrig) Aston.

Marilyn is survived by her daughter Cynthia (Bruce) Schneider of New Carlisle as well as grandchildren Lori (Mike) Cooper and Bo (Kate) Schneider, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Line, who passed away November 14, 1997 as well as daughter Sheryl Fine on June 25, 2012.

Marilyn was a 1942 graduate of Fairview High School in Dayton and a member of Troy Senior Citizens, where she played in their band. She loved to play cards and play golf.

A funeral service will be held 3:00PM Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Dr. Peter Lane, Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00PM-3:00PM at the funeral home prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Brookdale of Troy Hospice Unit: 81 S. Stanfield Rd. Troy, OH 45373. Interment will take place at a later date in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
