Mary Ann Chaney, age 48 of Troy, passed away Friday, January 30, 2026 at her residence. She was born December 25, 1977 in Dayton to Ricky Miller and the late Mary Price (Watts).

Those left to cherish Mary’s memory include her husband Charles Chaney, whom she married June 26, 2009; father Ricky Miller of West Alexandria; her children Dylan Fugate of Portsmouth, Kaitlyn Hewitt (Larry) of McArthur and Breanna Miller of Piqua; grandchildren Silas, Daniel, Otis, Kayson, and Xander; brothers Anthony Miller of Troy, Ricky Miller of Okala, FL, and Clyde Miller of West Alexandria; sisters Angie Hipshire (Josh) of Portsmouth and Jeannie Landes (John) of Englewood; and mother-in-law Candie Chaney of Troy

Mary was a graduate of Twin Valley South High School. She enjoyed nothing more than showering her family with love, especially her grandchildren. She also had a soft spot for animals, and leaves behind numerous beloved pets that will miss her dearly.

A celebration of life will be held 12:00PM Sunday, February 8, 2026 at the Redmen Picnic Grounds, Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
