Maureen A. Wieser, age 72 of Centerville, formerly of Troy, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Pristine Nursing Home in Centerville. She was born January 26, 1945 in Dayton to the late Maurice and Eleanor (Pople) Jones.

Maureen is survived by daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Luke Furlong of Centerville and son David Wieser of Sacramento, CA; as well as granddaughter Allison Furlong.

Maureen was married to Dale M. Wieser and he preceded her in death in 2003.

She was a 1963 graduate of West Milton High School and received her Associates Degree from the University of Dayton. Maureen was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy. She retired from Troy City Schools where she was a secretary at Cookson Elementary for 15 years.

A funeral service will be held 10:00AM Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Fr. Samala Marianna Michael officiating. Visitation will be 9:00AM-10:00AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
