Norman C. Clingan, age 79 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017. He was born October 10, 1938 in Troy to the late Loran and Thelma (Wright) Clingan.

Norman is survived by his aunt Gladys Metz of Tipp City as well as cousin Julia Garvey of Tipp City.

Norman was a US Army Veteran and a 1957 graduate of Troy High School. He retired as a machinist from Captor Corp. in Tipp City.

Interment will take place at a later date in the Riverside Cemetery Chapel at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
