Pamela Sue “Pam” Pinter, age 72 of Troy, passed away 6:30PM Monday, June 29, 2026 at her residence. She was born January 20, 1954 in Dayton to the late Edward and Patricia (Woodruff) Waugh.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother William Waugh, sisters Krista Waugh and Sabrina Waugh, and nephew Matthew Waugh.

Those left to cherish Pamela’s memory include her husband Thomas Pinter, whom she married August 12, 2000; children Patricia (Shaun) Delk Moran of Dayton and Scott (Bethany) Delk of Covington; granddaughters Madison Moran of West Milton and Macy (Daniel) Delk Powell of Covington; grandson Michael Moran of Dayton; great-granddaughter Willow Clarkson of West Milton; brother Roger Waugh of Dayton; as well as mother-in-law Katherine Pinter of Troy, and several nieces and nephews.

Pamela was a retired LPN and was employed with the former Stouder Hospital. She was a 1972 graduate of Wilbur Wright High School and received her LPN license from Upper Valley JVS in 1986. She was a member of the AmVets Auxiliary Post 88 of Troy.

A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, July 10, 2026 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Bell officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00AM-11:00AM prior to the service. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.

A luncheon will take place after interment at Old Brethren German Baptist Church: 6360 W. Farrington Rd. Covington.
