Patricia L. Clark, 31, of Troy, passed away 10:00 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Erie, PA on November 12, 1982 to Frank Robert Clark and Loraine Williams Fall.

Patricia is survived by her parents, Frank Robert and Marsha Sue (Hunt) Clark of Conneautville, PA; and two brothers, Jared Clark of Phoenix, AZ, and Adam Clark of Conneautville, PA.

Patricia graduated from Linesville High School in Conneautville, PA. She was a former Laborer at R.T. Industries in Troy. Patti was fulfilling her dream of living independently for the past 5 ½ years.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
