Patricia Ann Skinner, age 70 of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. She was born on December 30, 1950 in Troy to the late James F. Long and Mary Walters.

Those left to cherish Patricias memory include her loving husband of 49 years, Steven Skinner; daughter, Annika M. Skinner of Dayton, OH; sons, Job Steven Skinner of Muncie, IN and Levi James Skinner of Troy; grandchildren, Richard Sowers, Cory Sowers, Derick Hugley-Skinner, Jessie Sexton, and Harley Skinner; 4 great grandchildren; brothers, James Long of Trona, CA, Stephen Long of Troy and Gary Walters of Troy; and sister, Doris Rutan of Troy.

Patricia graduated from Troy High School. She had a great love for her family and her church, Open Arms Church in Tipp City, OH. Patricia had a passion for music and singing at her church. For many years promoted gospel singers and helped get them started. She also had her own gospel show on tv for a while. Patricia enjoyed watching NASCAR, she even sponsored a car at Eldora Speedway in Darke County every year.

A funeral service will be held at Noon on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Open Arms Church in Tipp City, OH with Pastor Bob Bell officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service at church from 11 AM until Noon. Interment will immediately follow the service at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
