Patrick Grant "Pat" Morgan, age 78 of Troy, passed away 11:30PM Friday, July 5, 2024 at Grandview Hospital, Dayton. He was born May 6, 1946 to the late Gail and Juanita (Wintrow) Morgan.

Along with his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his two brothers Charles "Chuck" Morgan and Michael Morgan.

Pat was a loving and dedicated husband to Candace "Candy" Morgan for 59 years and she survives. Pat's memory will also be cherished by his children Curt (Julie) Morgan, Yavonda (Curt) Schaefer, and Teresa (Charlie) Pennington; grandkids Curtis Morgan, Casey Morgan, Cole Morgan, Blake Lanning, Bryce Lanning, McKenzie Hamilton, Aliya Christy, and Cooper Pennington, as well as great-grandkids Emma, Callie, Liam, Ryleigh, Aspen, and Paxton. Pat was so proud of his family and loved talking about their accomplishments.

Pat was a decorated and established member of the Miami County community. Along with his involvements as a volunteer fireman, PTO President, and Mayor of Casstown, Pat was also a dedicated member of the Veteran's Memorial Honor Guard of Troy, Canteen Manager of Troy Fish and Game, Troy VFW #5436, Troy Eagles #971, Christiansburg Masonic Lodge, and Sons of the Amvets Post #88 in Troy. Pat was a hardworking man and retired with Stillwater Technologies after over 36 years of service. He will be remembered as a compassionate soul, dependable friend, and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Friends and family are welcome to celebrate Pat's life with dinner and dessert on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 5:30PM-9:00PM at the Troy Eagles Park. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
