Peggy J. Hagerman, 76, of Tipp City, passed away 5:00 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. She was born in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky on December 8, 1938 to the late Alva Ponder. She was married to Robert E. Hagerman on August 8, 1957, and he survives.

Peggy is also survived by one daughter, Tammy Palmer of Fairborn; seven grandchildren, Aron (Ashley) Bynum, Rebecca (Dustin) Baker, Robert Bynum, Jamie Bostwick, Justin (Corri) Bynum, Kristen Bynum, Randi (Steven) Vance; nineteen great grandchildren; and one brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Lois Ponder of London, KY. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Connie Vance.

Peggy was of the Baptist Faith. She was retired from the Fair's Greenhouse, Troy after more than ten years of service. For her hobbies, she loved her bingo.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Jonathan Gregory officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Garden, Tipp City.
