Penny Ann Libbee, age 63 of Troy, passed away Monday, August 5, 2024 at Kettering Health, Troy. She was born March 15, 1961 in Troy to the late Ezekiel "Bill" and Velma (Fyffe) McCall.

She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Tammy Borton and Brenda Knife, and niece Jennifer Belcher.

Penny is survived by her sister Paula McCall of Muncie, IN; as well as nieces and nephews Mya Manns, Robbie Knife, Devon Melton, Reese Melton, and Madison McKillip, as well as several great nieces and nephews.

Penny was a former member of VFW Post #5436, Troy and had previously worked for Hobart Welding for several years and was immensely proud of her work there.
