Phyllis J. Miller, age 77 of Troy, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Koester Pavilion. She was born December 15, 1940 in West Liberty to the late Pearl and Bessie Elizabeth (Levan) Foreman.

Phyllis is survived by daughter Stacey Miller of Troy; four sons: Wayne (Danielle) Swan of Troy, Jim Swan of Piqua, Scott (Angel) Swan of Lakeview, and Kevin Amerine of Bellefontaine; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; as well as brother Sonny (Pat) Foreman of Anderson, Indiana. She was preceded in death by husband George Miller on January 11, 2008; as well as three sisters: Eva, Alberta, and Katherine.

Phyllis was a retired home healthcare provider.

A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Visitation will be 10:00AM-11:00AM at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
